I credit the administrators for realizing the inadequacy of the current system and for trying at least to fix the problem, and for trying to be fair to bowlers until a conclusion can be reached. After all, the aim is to encourage p_layer_s to play the game correctly; teachers rather than policemen. The idea looks good, I just wonder about the implementation process. Administrators are always good at creating more administration.
