PEACE ITS SIMPLE: By download Web Template(premade website) needs basic skills on microsoft programs to do modify it. plus 60 dollars go and see webtemplates on: www.mdztemplates.com What Remains? Domain Name(your site address on the net) you have to register a domain name, I suggest register itfrom 1and1, hosting company . you can find it on: www.1and.com Other companies as Godaddy charge you 20 dollars versus same features that Godaddy gives it to you PEACE, At last you need To host your website so other people can visit your website. It cost you about 40 dollars if you host your website on 1and1, Oh yes before I forget they offer a domain name for free with the hosting package. What else? a Designing program like frontpage which come with Microsoft series, at last a program to upload your website pages on the server Smartftp is good program to do this job To Summarise my idea you can create a website for only 100 dollars.
